Customers are Revolting!!!

In an environment of lack of originality in products or service, mass consumerism, a total disregard for any form of sincere or authentic customer service and the ease in which we can now access a wealth of information – customers are saying enough is enough!

Customers are voting with their feet, because the world is now small enough that they can always go somewhere else other than you to find what they want!

But - VERY IMPORTANTLY - it's not a case of finding weapons to take on the battle with your customers or your competitors. To win all you have to do is to  surrender to your customer’s needs.

Do you know what your customers actually want from you? If you don’t, ask yourself why not and how can you find out?

Good Customer service is not about spending all your time, money and services on the latest bells and whistles.

Good Customer Service is actually about customer Focus.

Technology adds nothing to Customer Relations!!!!!!!!

The essence of Customer Service is simple. It's the focus on what the customer wants, and that's usually not what costs you or them more. It's what provides the customer with the most value and you with the most margin!"

The Great Website Hoax!
How so very often we hear that, to be successful, your website must use the very latest, most complex, and expensive technology!

In fact NOTHING could be further from the truth.

It's definitely a great argument for website designers - and their business.

But for you and yours????

We SINCERELY doubt it!

Take a look at this for example, because it speaks REALITY as simply as it can possibly be spoken ...

Guess what!
Findings are all about people, customers, and their needs. Not a mention about technology!
Elements of good website design are:
* Overall coherent design
* Targeted personas
* Awareness of target culture, customer needs, and inherent communication skills.

Let's just take another example -

If you are attracted to a great advert on television, and it convinces you that you really do need that particular brand of Widget, do you give a damn if you see it on a Plasma, TFT, or LCD screen? Or maybe you're really "old hat" and are still using a totally outdated CRO?

But let's look at it another way ...

What if that Ad COULD ONLY BE SEEN by people using the latest G3 plasma digital?

And let's imagine YOU were paying for the Ad ...

Would you be interested in spending your money with THAT advertising company?

And yet people are doing it ALL THE TIME with website design!!!!
